Adi joined VAS in 2010 and is responsible for analyzing and developing plans to drive the company's growth and nurture new businesses.
Adi is a recognized professional with 40 years in the aerospace industry. He has a strong background in distribution, trading, and marketing.
He has led transformational change in the consumable and component MRO segment, and has been an active leader in the aircraft and engines trading business.
Adi has worked globally covering the Americas, Asia-Pacific and EMEA. Throughout his career, he has excelled in most facets of the airline
industry including founding companies, aircraft leasing, P&L management, numerous mergers and acquisitions, marketing, establishing global distribution
networks for aircraft component repair and overhaul services, and complete aircraft teardown and distribution activities.

Key Entrepreneur & Business Roles:
- Formed a joint venture with the Rotch Group (a $16B conglomerate), resulting in 500% growth for the aircraft leasing portfolio
- Founder / Managing Partner of a private equity fund specializing in Aerospace investments, investing $1B in strategic business opportunities
- Managing director of marketing, distribution, and sales in Asia for Fairchild, a Banner Industries company
- Development and growth of Banner Aerospace Asia, resulting in 350% growth revenue and the profitable sale of two subsidiaries
- Founded Miltec, an aviation distribution aftermarket company, in exclusive partnership with Citicorp for their aviation lease portfolio, later resulting in the company being acquired by a Fortune 500 company
- Member of various aerospace and aeronautical Boards of Directors
Mergers & Acquisitions (well-versed in M&A activities) specialist:
- Initiated and facilitated the sale of a major airframe aviation aftermarket organization for a Fortune 500 company in the aerospace supply chain market
- Spearheaded and facilitated the sale of a consumable and hardware distribution enterprise to a Fortune 200 company
He attended Hofstra University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York Institute of Technology with a BS in Finance and Business Management. Prior to his university studies, he served in the Air Force.
