Kevin joined the company in June of 1989. During his tenure with the company he has been responsible for Legal, Compliance, Airframe Marketing & Sales, the Boeing Program, IS/IT, Operations, Human Resources and Quality. He served as a management representative to the board of Volvo Aero Services Corp. and as a Director and board member of The AGES Group, AGES Aircraft Sales & Leasing, Jet Support, Inc. and as the Chairman & President of The AGES Government Group. In addition, he served as a Director and board member of Ft. Lauderdale-based airline US Airways Express - Paradise Island Airways.

Kevin started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and in private practice with the law firm of Scaring, P.C., of counsel to Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein on Long Island, New York.

He attended college in New Hampshire and graduated from St. Anselm College with a BA in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of New Hampshire School of Law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, Florida Bar as Authorized House Counsel and is a member of the Federal Bar in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
