VAS Aero Services provides highly skilled and dedicated Program Managers to each of our contract customers. VAS Program Managers ensure our customers’ expectations are exceeded and that each contract is managed to the full intent of the relationship. Our unique combination of program management skills and technology allows us to empower our customers with the ability to track performance of their program versus plan and to identify opportunities to further enhance sales. Based on daily analysis of the performance of a program, managers are responsible for ensuring that the value of the inventory is maximized through coordination with VAS Asset Management, Repair Management and the Sales team.
VAS currently manages in excess of 100 programs covering over 1,000,000 part numbers. Each customer has the ability to view on-line customizable status reports of their sales, remaining inventory and a proprietary asset valuation dashboard providing a status of the remaining value of their material. This fully secure portal provides real-time performance data and reports for our partners.
VAS Program Managers have extensive experience with managing the disassembly of whole aircraft and engines. VAS’ aircraft teardown experience includes over 250 aircraft ranging from regional to wide body aircraft and over 500 aircraft engines from PW100 to PW4000-100.
